MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS

• 3 full months minimum commitment required. After 3 months, cancel at any time by sending an email to info@thecutaxethrowing.com with the subject: Cancel Membership
• Cancellations will take effect the month following cancellation notice. No refunds or prorations on early cancellations.
• Payment must be by card on file auto debited each month.
• Membership may be upgraded at any time. Downgrades can occur at any time after the first 3 months.
• Parties, tournaments, special events & standard packages do not a apply to member hours.
• Members receive 20% discount on leagues, 10% discount on Party Trailer Rental, and a 10% discount on throwing gear and t-shirts..
• Member discount does not apply to sales, existing discounts, special events, tournaments, or fundraisers unless otherwise stated.
• Members can use their hours any time the club is open, however, peak times (ie. Friday & Saturday nights) may not always be available. While The Cut is typically staffed from 4 to 10 PM Monday thru Thursday, 12PM - 12 AM Saturday & 1 PM to 9 PM Sunday, we encourage members to call ahead to ensure your club is open and space is available. During off-peak hours (Monday - Thursday) we will reserve at least 2 full arenas for members only. In the instance of a private event or tournament The Cut may be closed to Members.
• Members must follow all club rules and expectations, or membership may be revoked. No trick shots unless guided by a coach.

LIABILITY & MEDIA CONSENT FORM

In consideration of being permitted to participate in the axe and knife throwing activities at The Cut Axe Throwing - located at 1601 Texas Avenue, College Station,TX 77840 - I, on behalf of myself and all of my family members, including minors, hereby acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

Assumption of Risks:

We are aware that participating in throwing objects such as Axes, Knives, Ninja Stars, Tactical Shovels, and other sharp stuff at The Cut Axe Throwing involves inherent risks, including but not limited to the risk of personal injury, property damage, and even death. We understand that these risks cannot be eliminated entirely, and we voluntarily assume all such risks associated with our participation.

Release of Liability:

We, on behalf of ourselves, our heirs, executors, administrators, successors, and assigns, hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless The Cut Axe Throwing, its owners, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, actions, or causes of action arising out of or in connection with our participation in the axe and knife throwing activities, whether resulting from the negligence of The Cut Axe Throwing or otherwise.

Indemnification:

We agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Cut Axe Throwing, its owners, employees, agents, and representatives from any claims, liabilities, damages, actions, or causes of action brought by third parties arising out of or in connection with our participation in the axe and knife throwing activities.

Medical Condition and Fitness:

We hereby represent that we are in good health and physical condition and have no medical condition or impairment that would prevent our safe participation in the axe and knife throwing activities. We understand that it is our responsibility to inform the staff of [Your Business Name] if there are any changes in our health or fitness that may affect our participation.

Media Consent:

We hereby grant the Cut Axe Throwing the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use photographs, videos, and other media captured at the premises of The Cut Axe Throwing, featuring our likenesses, for promotional, advertising, or other business purposes, without compensation to us. We understand and agree that these materials may be used in various formats and through various media channels.

Confidentiality of Personal Information:

We understand that The Cut Axe Throwing will handle any personal information collected from us in accordance with applicable privacy laws and will not disclose such information to third parties without our consent, except as required by law.

Severability:

If any provision of this release form is found to be unenforceable or invalid under any applicable law, such unenforceability or invalidity will not render this entire release form unenforceable or invalid, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read this Liability Release and Media Consent Form, fully understand its contents, and voluntarily agree to be bound by its terms on behalf of myself and all of my family members, including minors.

Participants under the age of 18 must have this form signed by a parent or legal guardian.
